iSteamer Directions

iValetpress Directions

1. Set the appliance on the floor and remove the water bottle. Place the steamer hose with the nozzle head up on the hanger rod. Make sure the hose is free of kinks.
2. Fill the water bottle with cool tap water. Invert water bottle into the reservoir. Turn switch to ON position, the power indicator shines when the unit is ready to release steam within a minute. During operation -  check the water level
and do not allow it to run dry. The steamer will operate properly for longer if you do not allow the water to be completely drained during operation. NEVER fill the water bottle with hot water.
3. Grasp the control handle of the steamer hose once the steam is being released. Hold the control handle with the nozzle facing upward and begin at the bottom of a garment allowing the escaping steam to rise inside and outside removing the wrinkles as it rises.
4. Cleaning and storing the steamer. Turn the switch to OFF position and wait for the steamer to cool down before draining. Lift the base over a sink and empty the remaining water in the reservoir, this will help to dislodge any sediment that has accumulated. While you do not have to empty the water bottle each day,  you should  periodically

empty the old water out of the steamer and remove any sediment that may accumulate.

Other Important Notes During Operation
If the steamer hose gurgles during use:-

This is a normal condensation taking place inside the hose. Simply lift the control handle upward until the hose is extended to its full height. The gurgling will disappear when the excess moisture inside the hose has drained back into the base.

If the steamer stops producing steam then starts again:-

This may be due to the accumulation of sediment from the mineral laden water at the reservoir. Please consult the Service Centre.

If the steamer indicator light does not turn ON and the unit does not produce steam:-

There may be an electrical problem with the appliance. Disconnect the power supply immediately. DO NOT use the unit until you consult our qualified technician at our Service Centre.
